Robusta Coffee

Robusta coffee originates from the Coffea canephora species, one of the primary coffee species in global trade. Compared to Arabica, Robusta generally offers a bolder flavor profile, more pronounced bitterness, fuller body, lower acidity, and higher caffeine content. In high-quality harvest lots, its flavor notes can display hints of cocoa, nuts, spices, and earthy undertones, producing a thick crema when extracted for espresso.

This product is suitable for roasteries, blend manufacturers, coffee processors, distributors, and HORECA (hotels, restaurants, and cafés) supplies. Supply format and specifications are agreed upon per lot, including green beans or other available forms, post-harvest processing methods, grade, moisture content, bean size, defect tolerances, and packaging. Pre-order sampling helps clients evaluate the roast profile, body, aroma, and suitability for their final product formulation.
